- Church LeadersOne of the primary ways churches grow and God's Kingdom expands is through leaders who are called and equipped to fulfill the work of ministry. At the PBA one of our primary goals is to ENCOURAGE and EQUIP leaders within our local churches. We seek to accomplish this in a variety of ways: 1. Monthly fellowship lunches 2. Monthly Roundtable discussions called ShopTalk: Things I Didn't Learn in Seminary. 3. Being a listening ear and Pastor to Pastors.
